Worship Christ as Your Treasure (4-Min Video “Knowing You”)
He was the rising star in Judaism — with fame, fortune, and a future.
But something happened on the road to Damascus.
Paul saw — met — spoke to — the Resurrected Jesus Christ.
That changed everything.
Why?
Because when Paul met the Resurrected Christ — he met the One who is infinitely more amazing, satisfying, and glorious than anything else in existence.
And so he gladly turned from everything else he had been trusting — and trusted Jesus Christ alone to save him, secure him, change him, and satisfy him.
And for the rest of his life he had one all-consuming purpose — to gain the eternal joy of knowing Jesus Christ.
Knowing You
Paul describes his passion in Philippians 3:7-11 — and Graham Kendrick put this passage powerfully to music in the song “Knowing You.”
Here are the lines that impact me the most —
All I once thought gain I have counted loss, spent and worthless now, compared to this — knowing You, Jesus.
… to possess by faith what I could not earn, all-surpassing gift of righteousness.
Oh to know the power of Your risen life, and to know You in Your suffering —
To become like You in Your death, my Lord — so with You to live and never die.
Enjoy …

What an awesome song! I love the chorus,
“Knowing You, Jesus, knowing You, there is no greater thing. You’re my all, You’re the best. You’re my joy, my righteousness and I love you Lord!” Wow! Thank you so much for sharing!
You are SO welcome, Breanna!
I first heard this song at Grace Bible Church in Pleasant Hill. It hits me every time, in a way that Paul describes in Philippians, how Christ is the prize and reward that is worth it all. love this song
Yes — it all comes down to the truth that Jesus Christ is — as you say — “the prize and reward that is worth it all.” So, so true.
